How do I get a backup of the NetResults Tracker Online database before I make administrative changes?
PLEASE NOTE: This FAQ entry is only applicable for customers using the NetResults Tracker Online product, which is hosted by NetResults. If you have NetResults Tracker installed on your own machine, this entry does not pertain to your product. For information on backing up the non-hosted version of NetResults Tracker, please click here for the Knowledge Base article which describes how to backup your installation. Since you are a NRT Online customer, we backup your NetResults Tracker database on a daily basis. For your convenience, you may want to schedule your administrative changes to be done right after the daily backup is made. Contact NetResults Technical Support to find out the daily backup time. If you want to take a backup of the records at another time, you can either: • Export your records to a CSV file using the Query operation. Click here for details.
