How do I get a 2nd year working holiday visa in australia but avoid fruit picking?
The only way to qualify for a second year Working Holiday visa is to spend a total of 3 months doing seasonal work for a primary producer. This does not necessarily need to be fruit picking. It can be any work done for a primary producer in a designated regional area, so it also covers things other than fruit picking (see link). Also, some people don’t realise that it doesn’t need to be 3 months in a block and could be a month here and a couple of weeks there spread over 12 months making 3 months in total. http://www.immi.gov.au/visitors/working-… (Different link from the one in the other answer) If you’re unable or unwilling to meet the seasonal work requirements, you will not get a second WH visa. There are no exceptions.
