It can be a CDEF pistol lv 90. Then the WS makes the weapon powerbit first with a +35 1st order powerbit and an LS ASSM mod bit and the Weapon crafting tool at a weapon crafting station. THe WS then makes the Advanced weapon core for pistols, adds in the LS ASSM weapon powerbit, and sets the lv of the core to 90. Then the WS finishes up the weapon. He could name it LS Maker. Hopefully it was made with a Socket
