To do that, you will need to go to Windows Media Encoder, Tools, and Generate Stream Format File – just like you normally would to do a multicast. But once your desired profile exists on the server, you can then use SCX to stop and start your streams from then on. This same process is necessary of Windows Media Encoder & Server, as well.
