How do I gain access to Restricted Materials Permits and Pesticide Use Report (PUR) data?
There are several ways to access Permit/Operator ID and PUR data: Data may be downloaded directly from our site. You may access physical permits and paper-submitted PURs by completing an Information Request and scheduling an appointment with our office. If you are a currently registered permittee, PCM, or PCA you may enroll in online access to your permit and use report data by filling out the request form available from this page.
