You must achieve at least the minimum score acceptable to ECFMG on the TOEFL exam and send a TOEFL Acceptance Request Form and the appropriate fee to ECFMG. You may also use a passing performance on the former ECFMG English Test to satisfy this requirement. See English Language Proficiency Test.
