USMLE Step 2 CS is the exam currently administered that satisfies the clinical skills requirement for ECFMG Certification. If you have passed the former ECFMG Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA®), you will not be required to pass Step 2 CS for ECFMG Certification. See Clinical Skills Requirement.
