You may setup a forward to another address using the Rule Wizard in Outlook Web Access using Internet Explorer. To do this use the following steps: • From Outlook Web Access click “Options” • Select Rules • Click on “New Rules” • Select “Create a new rule for arriving messages” • Click on “Delete Disabled Rules” when prompted (This will delete any Disabled Rules that were created when using Outlook). • Click on “Forward or redirect..” • Check “Redirect the message to people or distribution lists” • Click the blue link that says “people or distribution lists” • Fill in the address you would like to forward mail to and click “OK”.
