Amy McNall on 01/04/2001 ; Modified: 01/04/2001 If you change the right and left margins to 0.5″, change the font size to 8 and use a Landscape orientation for your report, you should have no problems with reports formats for printing. Once you have changed this in File-Print Setup, the settings will remain for future reports. x PROCEDURE: 1. Open your report in TextPad (see Accessing a report in COLD). 2. Go to File – Print Set-up in the menu bar. 3. Change the left and right margins to 0.5″. 4. Click the “Font” button. Change the font size to 8. Press OK to return to Print Setup. 5. Press the “Printer” button. Change the Orientation to “Landscape”. Press ‘OK’. 6. Press the ‘OK’ button for the printer setup screen. To print, go to File – Print in the menu bar, select Print. Press OK.
