If you need to fix the application handling for Fuze in Firefox, follow these instructions: Mac: Open the Firefox menu, select Preferences and then click the Applications tab. Now enter fuze into the search box and click on the drop down menu under Action and select Use Other… then browse to your Applications folder and select FUZE Meeting (if you only see an application named FUZEshare, you have an older version installed and should delete it and reinstall). After selecting FUZE Meeting, close the preferences window and restart Firefox. PC: Open the Tools menu of Firefox, select Options and then click the Applications tab. Now enter fuze into the search box and click on the drop down menu under Action and select Use Other… then browse to C:\Program Files\Fuze Box\Fuze Meeting and select Fuze_Meeting.exe. After selecting FUZE Meeting, close the options window and restart Firefox.
