Then, if I had the patience (which I don’t) I’d use a small brush tool, and slowly and patiently repaint the eyes with the same color the dog has. Or – isolate the eyes with lasso tool, then magnify, and then lower the brightness – then they won’t look so blue. If I want pictures of a small animal to send to others and the eyes are not right, I just send very small pictures so the eyes don’t show – so you can see I am a bit lazy with all of this. But, the bottom line is that you will need to spend some time – I don’t think there is a great quick fix like there is for red eyes for humans! Good luck.
