How Do I Fix My Windows Media Player 10?
When you upgrade your computer operating system environment to a newer version, it sometimes causes Windows Media Player 10 to cease working properly. If the file is not read correctly, playback is adversely affected. Stability issues include Media Player not starting up, videos not running through to the end and screen mode switching problems. Step 1 Click on Hotfix for Media Player 10—After Upgrade (see Resources) if your Windows Media Player 10 does not start. This may occur if you recently upgraded from Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed to a newer version of Windows. If this does not apply to you, proceed to Step 2. Otherwise, open the link and download the repair package under the Resolution section. Step 2 Click on the Internet Explorer Updates link (see Resources) if your Windows Media Player 10 has streaming video playback issues.
