How do I fix my mouse, when I use the scroll wheel and it makes the page scroll in waves?

I am assuming that by “Waves” you mean that it scrolls three lines at a time instead of 1. That is the “default” for Windows. Go to the Control Panel, and open the Mouse icon Go to the Wheel tab There is a setting there that determines how many lines scroll each time you turn the wheel. Reset that to “1” if you want to scroll line by one.
