You have to simply buy a CD repair kit. It comes with stuff that you rub it with. But some hard scrateches can never be repaired. Good luck with that.

There’s this stuff they sell at Blockbuster that seems to be the best I’ve seen so far. I’ve tried all the old tricks of putting baby oil, windex, and even toothpaste…but this stuff at blockbuster is freakn’ awesome. Or the way to fix a badly scratched cd is simple…just go out and buy that cd. Solved!
