How do I fix a “piece” precision mechanical balance beam scale?

I have an old Pelouze metric precision scale (model R-47), the left and right subjects and weights in grams and grains. It was perfect, but it’s been sitting in a cupboard for a few years, and when I’m out there to use the scale seems stuck. ” I adjust the counterweight mother and even the “sensitizing” of the disc width, and I can scale to zero (where the 2 red lines in the middle of the width of yet), but as soon as I gently tap either left or right compartment, the extent and appears never back to zero – it just stops and stays “stuck” and unbalanced. I carefully cleaned it, oiled all moving parts, and jiggled it around, but I can it does not fix it. It was perfect, and it was not bumped or jostled around. It is just sitting in a cupboard for a few years. I even as a Pelouze scale enterprises, but their records only 5 years back and scale it down at least 25 years old. Does anyone know what I can do in order to work properly? Cleaning is probably the solution. Depending on the type
