How do i fix a garbage disposal with a stuck blade?

Is one blade stuck or the grinder its self? If it is the grinder you can unplug the disposal and insert the Allen wrench tool that is usually with the disposal. Most of the time it is taped to the disposal. Rotate the disposal back and forth until it is free. When it turns freely you can plug it back in and turn it on. If it won’t work you might need to reset the breaker that is located on the bottom of the disposal. This is a little red button that drops down if it is tripped. If you don’t find the Allen wrench you can use a broom handle in the disposal to free it but do not push too hard on the disposal or you might push it out of the sink.
