How do I find the right HypnoBirthing instructor?
Make sure the instructor is certified through HypnoBirthing and is teaching the HypnoBirthing curriculum. Some instructors have prior hypnosis training and certification, and some do not. They all have the same HypnoBirthing training, but if your instructor is not a certified hypnotist and you need additional hypnosis beyond the standard class, you would then need to find a hypnotist for added sessions.
