How do I find sales only in a specific condo or zero-lot line community?
From the main menu select ‘Custom Comparables’. Then in Step 1 select ‘Search in specific neighborhoods’ and click ‘Next’. This will bring you to Step 2 where you can then enter the specific condo or zero-lot line community you wish to search. This will limit your search to only the community or neighborhood you entered. This search also works for finding sales in just one specific neighborhood.
