How do I find sales in a certain area (Midtown, Germantown, etc.) that have sold for over a certain price per square foot or certain dollar amount?
Determine the zip codes encompassed by the area you wish to search. Select ‘Custom Comparables’ from the main menu and in Step 1 select ‘Search in specific zip codes’. At step 2 enter all of the zip codes you determined, then in Step 3 type in your dollar amount (NOTE: Do not enter commas in dollar amount fields, i.e. you would enter 1000000 instead of 1,000,000) or price per square foot (or any other criteria you wish.
