First, you need to figure out the assessor parcel number or numbers that represent the piece of land on which your mobile home park is situated. Then, look up the deeds recorded on the property. Obviously, the most recent will be the current owner. Your search may not end there, though. Title may be recorded in the name of an entity, like a limited liability corporation.
