How do I find out which financial institutions are eligible to hold client trust accounts?

A list of eligible financial institutions will be available soon and published on the Lawyers Trust Fund website (www.ltf.org) and on the ARDC website (www.iardc.org). It will take several weeks to prepare a list of eligible financial institutions that have agreed to provide overdraft notification to the ARDC as provided in paragraph (h). The list of all IOLTA eligible financial institutions, currently on the Lawyers Trust Fund (LTF) website, will be updated to reflect financial institutions that have agreed to the overdraft notification.
