How do I find out when and where a purticular presentation is scheduled?
There is a Schedule link http://www.coastal.edu/coi/2004/schedule.html on the Celebration homepage where everyone may access the schedules for each day’s presentations & events. To search for a particular presenter, an index is available on the page. How long do the sessions last? Sessions will last 50 minutes or 75 minutes, the same length as our regularly scheduled classes on Thursdays and Fridays. Each session will begin with the introduction of the presenter(s), usually assigned to a student who will also announce the conclusion of the session at the appropriate time. Will I need my vehicle to get me from one session to another? The conference schedule will allow for sufficient time in-between sessions so that attendees can walk to each session. The university shuttle bus will maintain its usual schedule and is free-of-charge. The conference will also provide a free trolley to run continuously around Chanticleer Drive on Thursday and Friday throughout program session times.
