hi mate the programs allready mentioned (gpu-z / dxdiag) are what i would normally recommend however a quicker way to discover what graphic card your p.c uses is to right click anywhere on the desktop and select properties then click the settings tab>advanced button>adapter tab,then there you will see the graphics card currently being used in your p.c it will include the name,bios info,memory info and ramdac(Random Access Memory Digital-to-Analog Converter) the gpu-z utility (http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/),will show more in-depth information such as bus interface and bandwidth,and allthough most of this you will never need it can be also used when looking for a upgrade(comparison) good luck mate !
