There are lots of ways. For a sneak peek, click on TAKE A WEBKINZ TOUR on the login site. Inside the site, you can click on the yellow help button at the bottom right of the dock to open a Help File for more information on the area you are in. You also get a Webkinz Guide when you first sign up after dragging it into your room, click on it to open it.
