How do I find out if I am in a broadband blackspot?
If you are unable to receive a metro-comparable service, it is possible you are in a broadband blackspot. At this point you should call Adam Internet so that we can do a service qualification on your line and/or fill out the Broadband Service Locator at the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy’s website. The Australian Government and the South Australian Government have provided funding support for the AdamMax service to assist the delivery of broadband services into blackspot locations.
