not really, unless they are listed in the whitepages or some other reverse phone number search. Ebay wouldn’t be able to verify it any easier than you could. You may need to just wait this out. I think ebay makes you wait two weeks before you can file a complaint. Have you checked their feedback, or if they have other active listings. If they have received recent feedback, or recently listed something, this may be an indication that they are ignoring you, and you should worry a bit, but if they seem inactive, they may have sent your item and just not checked the email your bro sent. If they are getting a lot of negative feedback all of a sudden, then worry. However, that helps your case in the long run. How do you know it was supposed to come on the 26th of January? If the seller went throught the hassle of emailing you a delivery confirmation number, or shipping notification, then that is a good sign.
