How do I find out about hyper APARs for my eTrust CA-ACF2 product?
Go to http://supportconnectw.ca.com/index.html?StarTcc and select Hyper Solution Delivery and select which product(s) you are interested in. You may only select products which are licensed under your site id. Setting up this feature requires a STARTCC signon which you can request if you have a site id. NOTE: STARTCC signons are not immediately assigned, but require turnaround time of up to a day or more. When a hyper solution is published for your product, you will receive an email. Hyper solutions include all PTF’s that are marked hyper, and also include all Product Maintenance Letters, Product Documentation Changes and Product Error Alerts. This includes announcements of product releases, which are published as PML’s.
