How do I find or add non-member companies within RELO® Xchange?

RELO® Xchange allows a member to create their own non-member database, one where only they can access the non-member company records — non-RELO® brokers, corporate clients, third-party companies, etc. However, if a non-member company does not appear in your company’s records within RELO® Xchange, you will need to add them to your company’s records before attaching them to transaction records. To check if a non-member company exists in your company’s records, select Search from the main menu, then Company…type in part of the non-member company’s name in the Company Name field, select All, then click on the Search button…if the company does not appear in the search results, you will need to add them to your company’s records before entering a transaction for them. To add a new non-member company, select Add from the main menu, then Company…select the desired company type — Non-RELO® Broker, Corporate Client or Third-Party Company — then enter information about the non-member com
