How do I find line stats on a SpeedTouch Home using the Nubz AlcaTool program?
Important Note: If you are using a separate router in conjunction with your modem you must connect the modem directly to a single PC in order to access the modem’s interface. AlcaTool is a third party software that offers an interface for configuring and monitoring an Alcatel SpeedTouch Home. It provides an in depth GUI alternative to the standard telnet session and is available for various OSs including Windows and Mac8, 9, and X. The Main System Page has a Line Stats button available at the lower right section as shown below.
