Under Fact Sheets; Section 8, go to: “Case Management: What Agency Do I Contact?” Here you will find many useful links, including a map of the county, a list of the Service Planning Areas (SPAs) and a link to HIVLA.org, which is a great way to find HIV-related services in Los Angeles County. In general, people receive Case Management Services for the SPA they live in, though some agencies are contracted to provide services on a County-wide basis. The simplest thing to do is: 1. Check the Map to see what SPA you live in. 2. Check out HIVLA.org to see what agencies are the Case Managers for your SPA, and 3. Call that agency.
