How Do I Find A Thread Tension Assembly For An Antique Raico Sewing Machine?

I have an old Raico portable sewing machine with a carrying case. It functions well, except that it is missing the thread tension assembly. This is the part that the thread wraps around before threading the needle. I took the machine to a shop, and was told that the part s no longer manufactured, and that generic parts would not fit the machine. The number on my machine is: C60114. THANKS!
