I don’t know about Pre-fabs in Toronto area or cost, but I can tell you, I was told by bank and several financial companies that prefabs are better built because of the controlled climate, better control of workers indoors and the fact that they must be transported over a distance. While a stick built is subject to weather and often shoddy workmanship that we don’t see. Factor that into the cost.
