How do I find a good web developer?
It’s kind of a tough thing. I am coming from outsourcing and developing literally hundreds of websites. I have mostly used freelance websites like getacoder.com and getafreelancer.com. I will say that if you are going to do business with these sites make sure that you do not pay anything up front. They have escrow services that hold money untill the project is done. Make sure that you feel confortable with the person that you business with if they are pushing hard for something then they are usually not reliable. Make sure that they have a good rating also. Some people on those sites are people that think that they can do something and end up not being able to do anything. Make sure that they can do the job and make sure they give you plan of how they are going to do it. If you decide to use those sites and need some advice please contact me and we can talk.
