How do I find a apparel pattern maker who can also make pre-manufacturing samples?
I am looking for a trained pattern maker to produce sewing patterns for a range of children’s fancy dress costumes from design sketches and hopefully also produce pre-manufacture samples for me. In addition I’d like to find a small factory which would be able to do small runs of a dozen or so costumes per design. Preferred locations are Europe (particularly Spain), Eastern Europe, Turkey or South Africa. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
