How do I fill in forms if Autofill doesn work?
If you use Netscape, or are on any site that has trouble with our “Autofill” feature, you can use “Drag and Fill.” To do this, click on the “Fill Form” link. This will expand the Secure Online Account Numbers virtual credit card and display an order form’s relevant fields. Simply click and hold on the circle triangle to the left of any field. Drag your mouse over to the corresponding field on the form, and release. Repeat this process for all required fields.
