How do I file the TC-96R, Utah Annual Withholding Reconciliation, online?
To file TC-96R data online, click on the Submit TC-96Rs link and choose one of the following options: • Use the online form to enter TC-96R information (as you would on a paper TC-96R form). • Upload the TC-96R file (if you have already created a file containing TC-96R data and are ready to submit). Note: You may only file TC-96R forms (for calendar year 2008 and before) online.
