If concealed loss or damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery by either calling 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) or by submitting a claim in writing. You must retain the shipping cartons, packing, and content in the same condition they were in when the concealed loss or damage was discovered.
