Requests may be made by telephone, e-mail, fax, or letter. The OCP FOIA officer has 10 days to respond. Documents may be viewed at OCP or copies made (certain exemptions may apply). For Freedom of Information Act requests, there is a $10 research fee plus $.25 per page copy fee.
