How do I file a concern or complaint regarding Charter Communications Company?
A.The City of Hickory has a franchise agreement that gives Charter the right to install and maintain the cabling plant for their services. We have no influence over programming, pricing, etc. Those are all internal business decisions and not subject to the City’s approval. We only grant or deny them the right to do business in the City of Hickory. If we revoke their franchise rights, then we have no cable provider at all.
