How do I file a complaint when someone is driving on a revoked/suspended drivers license?
In order to file a complaint against an individual who is driving with a revoked or suspended driver’s license you must complete the Investigative Division Complaint Report. The report must include the name of the individual, dates and any specific information you are able to supply. It must also be signed and include your contact information in order for an investigator to contact you with any questions. You may either mail or hand-deliver the complaint to the ISS office.
