How do I file a complaint against a member of the Ventura County Sheriffs Department?
A complaint must be made in writing by completing a Citizen Complaint Form (English) (Spanish). You may download and print this form on your printer or you may call or write one of our patrol stations to obtain one via mail. Once completed, the form can either be dropped off at one of our patrol stations, or mailed to the following address: Ventura County Sheriff’s Department Personnel Bureau 800 S.
