How do I file a commendation or a complaint on a Georgetown Police Department officer or affiliate?
A. All comments should be issued in writing and directed to the Chief of Police. Mail all correspondence to 335 N. Race Street Georgetown, Delaware 19947 care of Chief William Topping. Anonymous correspondence will not be accepted. To ensure credibility please include your name, address, and a telephone number where you can be reached for follow-up on your commendation or complaint. Please allow one week for follow-up. The Chief of Police or his designee will make contact with the concerned party.
