All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Gift4Bebe within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 1.866.921.9751 (or email us if you live outside U.S. to korean@gift4bebe.com) to initiate a claim. Please note that Gift4Bebe is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, Fedex, or international carrier). However, Gift4Bebe will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
