All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Il Bello Italian Favors within 3 business days (no exceptions) of receiving your order. Please call our customer service department at 877- 452 – 3556 to initiate a claim. Products must be available for inspection by UPS/FedEx for a minimum of 7 days from the initiation of the claim. UPS/USPS/FedEx will contact you to make an appointment to inspect the products in question. Please note that Il Bello Italian Favors will assist in filing the initial claim for damaged, defective or missing products but is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEx) upon it’s return to Il Bello. Any subsequent claims must be filed by the client at http://www.ups.com/claims.
