How do I figure out how much food to purchase for my wedding reception?
At my wedding i bought way to much food! And had a ton left over. Just figure the kids are going to eat hamburgers and hot dogs, and a few adults. 40 Hot Dogs 40 hamburgers Most people will not eat that many ribs cause they will all be dressed nice and not want to get all messy. 15 Slabs of ribs Most will eat fish and wings because it is on the beach and it will be a nice summer day, and most will not want heavy food. And everyone picks up wingdings. 80 pieces of each kind of fish.
