How do I extend Exl-Plan to handle purchases of intangible assets?
As supplied, Exl-Plan Micro, Lite, Pro allows a user to amortize intangible assets which have been included in the opening balance sheet. However, they do not permit a user to increase the investment in intangibles. The notes below explain how Exl-Plan can be easily modified to handle such an investment. Note: Exl-Plan Super includes facilities within worksheet M_F that allow a user to handle purchases of intangible assets.
