At any time, you can export the Action Table to a simple HTML file. To export the Action Table: • From the table toolbar, choose Print/Export. The Print/Export menu appears. • Choose Export the Table. The Save As dialog box opens. • Specify a location and file name for the Tracer Report. • Click Save. The file is saved to the specified directory in HTM format. • To view or modify the saved table: • If you are using Microsoft Office 2000, open the saved HTM file from MS Word 2000 or MS Excel 2000. • Otherwise, open the saved HTM file in a new browser window and copy text to your word processor or spreadsheet application.
