How do I export my CPSOnline roster to CPS?
The instructions below apply only to PC users. If you are using a Mac your roster can be exported or “synced” from the lessons tab of CPS simply by highlighting the class you wish to sync and clicking on the Sync button. For detailed instructions on how to sync a class with a Mac please refer to the CPSOnline User’s Guide for the Mac included in tab 5 of this toolkit. When all of your students have enrolled in your CPSOnline class, it’s just a couple of clicks to get this class to your CPS database. You must use this class roster during your classroom CPS delivery sessions in order for the student responses to be recorded. Do NOT create a blank class in your CPS database … just export the class from CPSOnline.
