How do i explain Ash Wednesday, Lent, and why some dont practice it to my god son?
well its up to you how to explain ash Wednesday and lent to him, but why people don’t practice it is easy, for starters some don’t believe in god, some don’t believe in Jesus being the son of god, and/or some just don’t believe in that ceremony. If tell your god son about the people in the world who have different beliefs then it won’t come as a shock to him later in life, and it will also cause him to grow up with an open mind set, while preventing him from very non accepting towards people with other beliefs.
