If the loan is paid off with cash, a cashier’s check/official check or transfer* between KeyPoint Credit Union accounts, you can request a Expedited Lien Release Request by going to your local branch. Your KeyPoint branch will submit your request. Your title will then be released within 24 hours and mailed to the designated address. * If the payoff if from a KPCU account, the release will be subject to verification of the funds in the deposit account.
